RETURNS

Are my items eligible for a return?

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

  • We can only accept returns if the merchandise was directly purchased from ZeroTwenty2 SportsCo.

  • We cannot process returns from retail stores and other online retailers.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Returns Process

    1. Initiate your return by clicking here.

    2. We will review your request promptly.

    3. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect the return and notify you of the status of your refund. 

    4. If your return is approved your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment within 10 days of receiving your return order.

 

Keep In Mind

  • The original shipping and handling will not be refunded. 

  • If items are not received in the original packaging and condition, a refund will not be issued.

 

EXCHANGES

Are my items eligible for an exchange?

  • Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange.

  • To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be unused and returned with the original packaging.

  • Sale items can be exchanged for sale items of equal or lesser value, when available.

  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.

  • If there is an order issue due to an error made by ZeroTwenty2 SportsCo, your exchange will be addressed quickly at no cost to you.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items intended for exchange back to Lily Trotters and for replacement product to be reshipped.

  • If items are not received with the original packaging and in good condition, an exchange may not be processed.

So how quickly can you get your adventuring goodies?

 

We use NZ Couriers as our shipping partner. Usually delivery is overnight but please don't rely on this if you have urgent requirements.

Please note that we don't deliver to P.O Boxes.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER I ORDER?

  • We can’t change addresses in the system once your order has been placed, however, send an email to tailwindnutritionnz@gmail.com or call us on 027 9376022 and we will do our very best to change the address.

  • Please let us know before order cut off at 10am daily.

WHERE IS MY ORDER: 

  • Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipment Order Email. This will have a link to your tracking details, you can use this link to find the location of your parcel and contact the courier company to see how far away it is.

  • If you have not received a confirmation email within 24hrs, please check your junk box in your email, as some times we need to get in touch with you and emails do happen to end up in there!
